Wally Findysz - President/CEO
Being a dedicated follower of Christ and happily married for 32 years, Wally has been fortunate to pave a legacy through faith and family. With 4 children and now 8 grandchildren, there is plenty of joy amongst the Findysz family for years to come.
Wally is a member and Bible teacher at Palos Hills Christian Assembly in Palos Hills, IL. He is also a passionate Chicago sports fan and previously played baseball at St. Rita high school and Bellarmine University. He loves spending time reading the Bible and sharing his faith with all that ask!

Ted Findysz - VP
Ted serves as Vice President of K&S Precision Metals, leading OEM growth strategy and operational discipline.
His focus is on building durable customer partnerships in aerospace, defense, medical, and industrial markets while modernizing the systems that have sustained K&S since 1946.
A committed Christian, Ted approaches leadership through the lens of stewardship, integrity, and long-term legacy. Outside of work, he is a husband and father, and prioritizes early-morning study, training, and time with his family.

Rob Vimarco - Direct Sales & Customer Service
Rob has been a constant at K&S Precision Metals for over 40 years. His knowledge and dedication have been a major linchpin in keeping our customer's happy and informed.
Rob loves spending time with his grandchildren, bowling (with one 300 game in his pocket), golfing, and is a huge Chicago Cubs, Blackhawks, and Bears fan.

Scott Klonowski - Director of E-Commerce / Marketing
Scott can also be found singing at Moraine Valley Church on Sunday mornings. Check him out on a live stream sometime!
While being dedicated to his Faith - Scott also enjoys video games, 16" softball, Star Wars, Disney World, WWE, and golf. If you have a few hours to spare, don't forget to ask Scott about fantasy football or the stock market.

Tim Larkin - Purchasing Manager & Sales
Tim loves his wife, his 2 daughters, 1 son, his dog (Oliver), and most importantly, Jesus.
In his free time, he enjoys hanging out with his family, watching and playing sports, playing retro video games, and collecting comic books. Tim is always a joy to be around and it's easy to see why our customer's constantly feel like they are in good hands when working with him.
