Wally Findysz - President/CEO

Being a dedicated follower of Christ and happily married for 30 years, Wally has been fortunate to pave a legacy through faith and family. With 4 children and now 6 grandchildren, there is plenty of joy amongst the Findysz family for years to come.

Wally is a member of Palos Hills Christian Assembly in Palos Hills, IL and a member of Gideons International. He is also a passionate Chicago sports fan and previously played baseball at St. Rita high school and Bellarmine University. He loves spending time reading the Bible and sharing his faith with all that ask!

Ted Findysz - CSO

Ted is a devoted child of Jesus and he loves to spend time studying Scripture. Through an abundance of blessings - Ted is also a committed and loving husband to his wife and father to 3 kids. He enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and going for walks.

At K&S Precision Metals, Ted is focused on brand identity, revenue growth, and culture buidling.

Rob Vimarco - Direct Sales & Customer Service

Rob has been a constant at K&S Precision Metals for over 40 years. His knowledge and dedication have been a major linchpin in keeping our customer's happy and informed.

Rob loves spending time with his grandchildren, bowling (with one 300 game in his pocket), golfing, and is a huge Chicago Cubs, Blackhawks, and Bears fan.

Scott Klonowski - Marketing & Sales

Scott can also be found singing at Moraine Valley Church on Sunday mornings. Check him out on a live stream sometime!

While being dedicated to his Faith - Scott also enjoys video games, 16" softball, Star Wars, Disney World, WWE, and golf. If you have a few hours to spare, don't forget to ask Scott about fantasy football or the stock market.

Tim Larkin - Purchasing Manager & Sales

Tim loves his wife, his 2 daughters, 1 son, his dog (Oliver), and most importantly, Jesus.

In his free time, he enjoys hanging out with his family, watching and playing sports, playing retro video games, and collecting comic books. Tim is always a joy to be around and it's easy to see why our customer's constantly feel like they are in good hands when working with him.

David Fratantoni - Marketing & Sales

Dave is passionate about serving and loving others and is a firm believer that we love because He first loved us. He completed his MBA with highest honors and has had an exciting career working with multiple Fortune 500 companies.

Outside of work, Dave enjoys travel and adventures with his wife and son and has taken multiple cross-country road trips. So far, they have been to 20 different states, and have been a Compassion International Sponsor since 2018. Dave is currently training for a half marathon and on his recovery days, enjoys playing video games.
