Orders Ship Out In 1 Day Or Less
Orders placed on our website for in stock items before 10AM CT will leave our building the same day. We operate in office from 7:30AM - 3PM CT, Monday - Friday. Orders for in stock items placed after 10AM CT may still be eligible to leave our building same day, but we cannot make any promises as to if they will.

Track Your Order, All The Way
After your order is placed, you will receive UPS/USPS tracking information to update you on the status of where your order is located. In some cases, UPS/USPS tracking information will update about 24-48 hours after pickup from our facility. If you upgraded your purchase to expedited shipping, please keep in mind that your order is likely moving faster than that what the courier is reporting.

Serving You In Times Of Need
We know that in many cases, you needed your materials yesterday. We work diligently to make sure your order leaves our building quickly, but sometimes shipping couriers do not move as fast. We will do our best to accomodate any requests and work with you on a solution.

Change Your Mind Or Need a Fix?
Since the turnaround times for shipping out of our building is lightning quick, changing or cancelling an order can be a challenging circumstance.
We recommend emailing support@ksmetals.com or calling us QUICKLY if you have a change or cancellation that needs to be made. If emailing, please provide a subject line of "CHANGE ORDER/CANCEL ORDER" with your order number.
We cannot guarantee we can fix every order before it ships, but we will do our best during work hours.
* We work diligently to ensure your order leaves our warehouse same day, if possible.
However, once your order leaves our facility, shipping times are in the hands of the courier.
A Few Things To Remember When Ordering
Monday to Friday, we are committed to serving you from our hours of 7:30AM to 3/3:30PM. We love what our team does for you and they are always deserving of spending the holidays with their loved ones.
While the following holidays are subject to have some additions: Some typical holidays that we are NOT operating on are:
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
- New Years Day
- Thanksgiving
- Memorial Day
- 4th of July
- Labor Day
If you place an order after 10AM on a normal business day and have an urgent need, please email support@ksmetals.com or call 1-773-586-8503. We cannot make any promises, but we are always willing to help if possible.
While keeping our commitment to ship your order out when you place it before 10AM CST Monday - Friday, please keep in mind that we are not responsible for delays by the shipping carrier.
In this specific case, there may be times that you pay for expedited shipping and the carrier does not deliver it in the quoted time. If this does happen, unfortunately, we are not responsible for the delays and we cannot refund any shipping costs due to shipping carrier negligence.
