What if my order arrives damaged?

Even the most creative minds can't do much with a damaged product. We value our products very highly and this is never the way we intend to send our products.

In the case of your order arriving damaged, please contact support@ksmetals.comwith pictures provided of the damaged materials / products AND the packaging it arrived in. (Boxes, Envelopes, etc) Please include your KSM Order #.

Once we receive the pictures, we will review them and let you know if they are eligible for replacement. 

We do not charge any restocking fee or shipping fee if you receive a damaged order. 

*In the case of damaged products, please keep in mind that the material that is being manufactured comes unpolished and any water soluble manufacturing lubricant can be washed off using dish soap. Anything of this nature or the nature of a slight bend in material that can be easily bent back to be used as intended, will likely not qualify for a replacement. If there are any minor instances, please still allow us to review it as we do want to make sure you are receiving the highest quality product  that we have lived up to for over 75 years.


Can I return my order because I ordered the wrong item/size or I just don't need or want them?

Yes. 30 days from the day you received the items.

You have 30 calendar days from the day you received your order to notify us by emailing (Please include your KSM Order #)

Once we receive the products at our facility - we will review the contents and make sure they are eligible for return and refund. If they are eligible, we will process the refund to your original payment method. 

It is the customer's responsibility to ship the product back and incur any of the shipping charges for unwanted products or anything ordered wrong by the customer. 

There is a 25% restocking fee for returning any unwanted products or anything that was accidently ordered incorrectly by the customer.

Missing items / wrong items received

We have an amazing team who strives to bring quality and care to every single order they pack and prepare, but sometimes we do make mistakes. We appreciate your grace and we also have a solution if there is ever a situation that this takes place.

If there is a case of missing or wrong products, please contact with pictures provided of the items you did receive. We will review the situation and let you know the next steps to correct your order.
